People United: National demonstration on 21 June 2014

Start Spreading the Word!

Len McCluskey, General Secretary of Unite the Union said:

“Join the demonstration on 21 June because mobilising, protesting and taking direct action in defence of our NHS, public services and social solidarity is our duty. To join the fight against vicious cuts and ideological austerity is to fightback against the destruction of everything we hold dear, fought for by generations past and taken for granted today at our peril. Stand up on 21 June, together we can mobilise a generation to win!”

When: Saturday 21 June 2014, 1PM

Where: Assemble at BBC HQ, Portland Place, London and march to Parliament

The demonstration will be followed by a free festival in Central London.
